How to use Red Tiger Lotus

It is suitable for larger aquariums in the background but can also be kept in the fore-midground and kept short by pruning older growth to keep it more compact. 

Plant Maintenance

Lotus can be a greedy plant and therefore providing high nutritional substrate is important with root tabbing long term. High lighting will encourage to lotus leaves to stay lower and more compact where lower lighting conditions will entice it to growth closer to the water surface

If your pup/dog snuffles EVERYTHING or has a demanding intellectual stimulation food regime they set themselves this is for you! I have to roll out the mat above the floor to situation treats, but once it hits the floor my puppy is preoccupied for hours. She has so much fun sniffing through every element to find her treats. While the mat is easy to use I recommend rolling it back up immediately once most treats have been found to avoid chewing on the actual mat pieces (this could present a durability issue as the fabric is chewable).
